FILE YOUR
HUNTER REPORT.

Every moose licence holder must report, including hunters who did not hunt or harvest a moose. File as soon as your hunt is complete; use the deadline for your report type.

Submit your regular moose hunter report through Ontario’s Fish and Wildlife Licensing Service online or call 1-800-288-1155. This applies to Wesley’s resident groups bringing their own tags, including party hunters.

Each hunter, whether a tag holder or party hunter, completes the tourist outfitter moose hunter report and returns it to Wesley’s. Wesley’s submits the completed reports to the ministry. Ask us for the report form and return it as soon as your hunt ends.

Ontario outfitter reporting rules
If an Ontario resident receives an outfitter tag: that hunter also gives the outfitter a separate report by December 22, 2026 and submits the regular report by December 29, 2026, keeping activity under each tag separate. A resident party hunter without an outfitter-issued tag files only the regular report. See Ontario’s reporting rules.

These are Ontario’s 2026 deadlines. Dates for 2027 and later must be checked against the regulations for the year of your hunt.
