Minimum group size 2 hunters. Each hunter is allotted an adult tag (one bull tag guaranteed for every two hunters with tags). This is the package for anyone who does not live in Ontario Canada. $1000.00 deposit per person is required when booking. Balance is due prior to July 1st. All deposits are non-refundable. Includes the flight to and from the outpost from Pickle Lake Ontario, boats & motors, gasoline, propane, and a fully equipped cabin. See accommodations page for further details about the cabins. If you would like a guide we can provide this for an additional charge $3,000 canadian.

We know many hunters who have been frustrated by suprise costs when booking with other outfits and we dont want that for you. We want you to know what you are getting into cost wise right away.

Before you can hunt moose in Ontario you must have two things:

1) an Ontario Outdoors Card. This cost $11.94 canadian dollars.  You will need to purchase this online prior to us applying for your moose tag validation through our outfit. More information can be found here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/hunting-licence-non-residents-ontario

2) an Ontario moose license and game seal. This cost $483.48 canadian dollars. You also need to know about these two fees:

1) There is a $35 fee to purchase a non-resident export permit before  leaving Canada with moose meat.This can be purchased at a Service Ontairo or Canadian Tire or any other place that issues fishing licenses on your way back.

2) There is a $25 Firearms Declaration Form at the border when you are coming into Canada with a firearm. This fee is per person that is bringing a firearm.

Self-outfitting tent moose hunt in WMU 1C. 

Wesley's Outposts Provides:

-Tent frame facility consisting of bunk, kitchen and cooking area.

-Wood stove

-Stock pile of ready cut wood

-Portable propane stove

-Picnic style table

-Shelving in cooking area

-Lighting: Small portable generator, 2 Coleman lanterns for back up, Naphtha Gas (can type)

-Toilet: Pit dug with plywood seating. Tarp covered for privacy

-2 Boats, you bring your own outboard or rent one of ours for $500 CAD each per week.

-Moose Meat Hanging Rack, Ready built to hang meat, Tarp covered to prevent meat from getting wet

-Straight gasoline only: Mix to your own motors specifications

-Satellite Phone: provided with list of numbers

This is for hunters who have their own tags for WMU 1C through the Ontario Moose Draw. You rent out one of our outpost camps. This includes the 2 boats & 2 motors, gasoline, propane, generator, and a fully equipped cabin. You take care of transportation to and from the outposts but we will provide with you contact information for booking flights and estimates of costs.
