What To Bring In General

The following is a list to ensure you are well equipped for your trip. It also gives you a clear understanding of what is provided, and takes the guesswork out of packing to avoid duplication. If you have any questions, comment, concerns or suggestions, please let us know. And remember this is simply a suggested list, and is not exhaustive. You bring what suits your particular needs, not necessarily every single item on this list.

When packings it's important to know that our planes have weight limits for safety reasons. This weight limit is enforced by a scale at the dock when you fly out of pickle lake. Avoid hard suitcases and large duffel bags (use two medium-sized instead). Medium-sized plastic totes and coolers work well for storing food and other personal belongings.

With a little planning, you can manage your load to prevent over-charges caused by having to pay for another flight to carry in another load of gear. If you have questions about how much weight you have allocated for your flight please contact us at Wesley’s Outposts and we will let you know.

Take note that we don’t provide bed linens, towels, wash clothes or anything else that would require laundering.
